STORE HOURS: 9 AM UNTIL 5PM (EST) - MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
SHIPPING:
Shipping is FREE all orders*. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation. All orders go through the regular printing process before shipping (4-5 business days).
Order turn around time is typically 8-10 business days, and can be longer during the Holiday** season.
*excluding AK, HI, Canada, and international shipments.
**Holiday Season typically begins October 1, and runs through December 31st.
REFUNDS & RETURNS:
Classic Creations is here to provide you, our customer, with exceptional products and customer service. Please keep in mind that due to the personalized and hand made nature of Classic Creations’ products, we do not give refunds or allow returns once an order has been confirmed—unless Classic Creations makes a spelling error.
Classic Creations always sends an email to confirm your order. You should always read over your information carefully-after 36 hours the order cannot be changed. Should the error be typographical, and not corrected in that time Classic Creations will not be held responsible for that error.
